Ownership of Images

All photographs displayed on this website and supplied by FSG Photography remain the intellectual property and copyright of FSG Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing. Purchase of a print, digital image, or photographic product does not transfer copyright ownership.

Personal Use Licence

When you purchase a photographic print from FSG Photography, you are granted a non-exclusive licence to display and enjoy the artwork for personal use.

This includes:

• Displaying prints in your home or personal space

• Giving purchased prints as gifts

• Sharing images of your purchased print on personal social media (with credit to FSG Photography where practical)

Commercial Use

Commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, publication, advertising, marketing, resale, or any other business-related use of FSG Photography images is not permitted unless a separate written licence has been obtained.
