Non-Refundable Orders

Because many photographic prints are produced to order, all sales are final once production has commenced.

Damaged Items

If a print arrives damaged:

• Notify FSG Photography within 7 days.

• Provide photographs of the damage.

A replacement may be arranged at FSG Photography's discretion.

Incorrect Orders

If FSG Photography delivers the wrong print or size, a replacement will be arranged.

Change of Mind

No refunds or exchanges are offered for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Incorrect photograph selection

• Colour variations resulting from screen settings
